WOW, We had an awesome hunt today! Showed up to the field and some others guys were setting up decoys so we decided to hunt together- We had a great time- thousands of geese milling around. We shot 17 or so and also shot a couple of ducks- one Greenhead and one Black duck- For some reason the geese were really picky this morning and kept flaring at about 70 yards out. Also kept wanting to land behing our pocket??? Despite the wind??? One way or the other we had a blast- Forgot to take photos though!!! At times we had 5 or 6 groups of geese looking us over all at the same time- Beautiful waterfowling day!!! Thank God!
